We do not offer cancellation Service.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Shall initiate the refund process soon after that.
⁃ Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.
⁃ If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid.
⁃ As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only
⁃ The buyer can raise a replacement or exchange request if and only if the products do not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product. In either of the cases, the customer has to send a Video of unpacking the parcel and showing valid proof to our whatsApp number (+91 7439916692). The buyer has to raise a return request within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement
